Monica Rios is a self-taught painter from Florida. Her work is inspired by dreams and tropical scenery. Rios’ work has been published on the cover of the Berkeley Psychic Reader and the internationally syndicated Apalachee Review. Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout the southeast US. Her talent was included in Dolphin Splash! when she was commissioned to paint one of fifty life sized fiberglass dolphins displayed around Panama City, Florida.
